SIA “BIZNESA KONSULTANTU GRUPA” is a private commercial company established in 1998. Over the course of more than 25 years, we have accumulated extensive experience in the valuation of real estate and businesses.
Our work is grounded in professionalism, objectivity, integrity, confidentiality, and a personalized approach to every client.
The clients of SIA “BIZNESA KONSULTANTU GRUPA” include the Property Department of Riga City Municipality, VSIA “Latvijas valsts ceļi” (Latvian State Roads), VAS “Latvijas dzelzceļš” (Latvian Railway), as well as various major Latvian and foreign commercial enterprises.
SIA “BIZNESA KONSULTANTU GRUPA” is included in the Register of Experts for the Valuation of Non-Monetary Contributions maintained by the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia; this authorizes the company to provide opinions to the Enterprise Register regarding the market (fair) value of all types of non-monetary contribution assets intended for investment in the share capital of companies.
